Ever wonder what those DJs are doing up behind the table besides fist-pumping and looking all cool? Well now’s your chance to find out. This course is designed for total beginners, and covers the basic concepts and skills one needs to know in order to mix smoothly. We will also explore the pros and cons of available DJ hardware/softwares to help students find the best equipment for their needs.

There will be a lecture portion, followed by hands-on time with multiple types of equipment (CDJs, Serato, Traktor, etc..) and experienced local DJs (such as ALO and Billy The Robot!) present to share their knowledge and answer questions.
