It doesn’t matter whether you are a Maker, an engineer, a designer, a developer or an educator: Arduino Day is open to anyone who wants to celebrate the amazing things that have been done (or can be done!) with the open-source platform. This event will feature different types of activities, tailored to local audiences. If you’ve never worked with the Arduino or coding or even electronics before, there will be free workshops teaching circuit building and basic coding skills. However, if you are already a programmer, or enjoy building circuits with the Arduino (or a different platform) there will also be workshops for Makers including 3D printing, laser engraving, and robotics demonstrations. Doors will open at 8:00 with the day’s activities starting promptly at 9:00AM.
An introduction to Arduino and how it is changing the world of electronics development. Arduino based robotics stations for children to learn the basics of programming Arduino. Several free classes to help you get started inventing and programming your Arduino projects! An open project showcase that attendees are welcome to show off their Arduino projects. We will have five station to guide you through the Arduino experience.
